CANCELLATIONS:  Except where we've described above, if you cancel 48 or more hours before your booking, there is no charge.  If you cancel less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before your booking, you are charged 1 day of boarding.  If you cancel less than 24 hours before your booking, you will be charged 1 boarding day or 50% of your reserved booking, whichever is greater.  Please note that cancellations can only be processed during business hours.  Emails or messages left after hours will be processed the next day, which is when the cancellation will be calculated from.  And the 24 hours starts at 9am, not at the time you intended on dropping your pet(s) off.

PLEASE NOTE:

To ensure the health and well-being of all of the pets staying at our facility, we require proof that:


* Cats are vaccinated against FVRCP and Rabies.  We encourage cats be on a preventative for fleas and ticks.  All cats must be spayed or neutered.

* Dogs are vaccinated for DHAPP, Rabies and Bordatella. We encourage dogs be on a preventative for fleas and ticks.

* Female dogs will not be boarded if they are in heat.​

*All dogs that will be receiving enrichment must come with a 6' leash and an appropriate, properly-fitted collar and/or harness.


Want your pet to get some playtime or a walk while they are staying with us?  We offer a variety of enrichment options for $6.00 per 20 minutes.

We also offer bath and nails to non-boarding dogs!

NO SHOWS & EARLY RETURNS:  Anyone who doesn't show up for their reservation without cancelling with us is responsible for the entire cost of their reserved booking. 

If you are returning early, we require 48 hours notice of the change in pick up date, otherwise you are responsible for the cost of boarding to the originally scheduled pick up date.

If you need to drop off your pet(s) a day or more later than your original reservation,  we require 48 hours notice from the originally scheduled drop-off date.  Otherwise you are responsible for the cost of boarding from the date that was originally reserved for your drop-off.

Please note that reservation cancellation policies are calculated from 9am.
